  3-15-12  

The Academically Talented program in Norwalk begins in 3rd grade and ends at the end of 8th grade.  In grades 3-5, students are pulled out of classes to receive small group instruction.  In middle school, students receive 45 minutes of instruction with their Academically Talented peers; students experience a different subject each quarter, Math, Arts and Humanities, Science and Language Arts.  The AT class meets in lieu of a second language arts class.
