what is my child's student id, and what if my child doesn't know it? The Student ID is a six digit ID number all students use to log onto school computers and pay for their lunch. Please ask them first if you are unsure of this ID. This number is also printed on your child's report card. If you cannot find the number, please go in person to your own school's main office and they will give you your child's ID number. Student ID's will not be given over the phone.
what is a required field? A REQUIRED field is one that must be filled in order to submit the form. If, after selecting "Submit", your form still appears in your browser, then you have incorrectly completed a field. Please review your submission for error messages, correct them, and click "Submit" again.
how do i know my email was successfully added to my child's record? When your email has been added to your child's record, you will see a THANK YOU PAGE. Now you can log off.
what if i make a mistake? If you realize there has been an error after your form has been submitted please email a request to connectsupport@norwalkps.org to remove your email record. Please indicate all of the form information in your request for removal. You may then submit a new form with your correct information.
how do i update/change my email information? If you need to change your existing email information please contact the main office of your child's school.
what web browsers work with this sign-up form? Our email form works best with Internet Explorer 6 and above. The form also works with Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
how can i get help with this form? Please email support at connectsupport@norwalkps.org if you are experiencing technical difficulties with the NPSConnect form, or if you have a general question about NPSConnect. All email you receive from technical support will be sent from connectsupport@norwalkps.org . Please be sure to add this email address to your address book and/or safe list to prevent the messages from being blocked as "SPAM".
is phone support available? No. In order to maintain the NPSConnect as a free service, all tech support is provided via a much more cost-efficient email system.
