THE FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT
By planning and working as a dedicated team of professionals, the Facilities & Maintenance Department strides to maintain school buildings that will support the high expectations for student learning. The department will provide superior design and construction for facilities and the ongoing maintenance process. It shall provide quality facilities support in the areas of repair and maintenance, HVAC and environmental services, life, health & safety systems & equipment, energy management systems and energy conservation programs. It will provide all short and long term facilities planning, as well as management & supervision, for capital and operating projects, involving additions, renovations, alterations and improvements. The department shall manage and supervise all plant operations and building services to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all students, staff and the public.
