Mission Title: Flight Activities Officer (FAO)

Cedric Robert Thigpen was born on the night on July 10, 1997. He was interested in space since kindergarten. He started Young Astronauts in first grade. Cedric is following his brother, Christopher, who was in the Janus 50 Young Astronaut mission 2007. His magical mailbox piece, a poem, was selected for school-wide presentation.

Cedric is interested in bowling and singing at church. His goal for this year’s mission is to make sure it is successful. His personal goals are to lose weight, get stronger, and healthier. 

The people Cedric admires the most are his mom and dad.
