Mission Title: Capcom

Isabelle Weiss has been attending Columbus Magnet School since kindergarten and has been in the Young Astronaut program since first grade.

Isabelle loves science and she loves to do experiments. She has participated in the science fair for all six years at Columbus.
Isabelle is a safety for a first grade classroom. She loves to work with, and help other children.
Isabelle’s older brother Marshall was in the mission program seven years ago. His mission name was Operation Near. His job was mission specialist.

Isabelle is a very confidant and adventurous person. Isabelle is also very good at following Tribe’s agreements.  She is good at staying on track. She is good at working with people and is a good friend.  She is also very generous to those around her.  Every year she finds a different charity to donate to. This year she collected money and donated from her savings for the Make A Wish Foundation.

Her favorite sports are gymnastics, soccer, swimming and rock wall climbing.  Isabelle started climbing 70-foot rock walls when she was five years old.  She also went on a giant swing that was 100 feet in the air. Isabelle participated in the Stroke Pedal Stride Triathlon and won four medals. Isabelle also did ballet and jazz when she was six years old.
Isabelle loves music. She has been playing the piano for five years. She has also been playing the violin for four years.
She loves to spend time with her family and play games with them.
Isabelle is an animal lover and she loves to take care of them.  She has one dog named Gaby.
Isabelle likes to read different books. Her favorite book series is The Great Illustrated Classics.  Another favorite thing Isabelle likes is writing.  She loves to use creative words in her writing.
Isabelle loves art and enjoys painting pictures as a hobby.  She has had her artwork displayed in City Wide Art Show at City Hall for the last four years.

Isabelle is very excited about the mission. The part of the mission that Isabelle is most excited about is getting to work together with her teammates to reach their goal.

A person that Isabelle admires is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  She admires him because he gave the world freedom and world peace.
