Dear Tracey School Families,

It is with great pleasure that I announce a new committee added to the Tracey School PTO and Tracey School community.  To recognize and honor the hard work and commitment to our children that each of the staff and employees in our school deliver on a consistent basis, the Tracey School PTO has formed the Tracey School Employee of the Month Committee.

We believe that taking the time and energy to acknowledge those individuals who are making a difference in the lives of our children is important not only to the staff and employees, but to the children who see this recognition.  Children learn to respect and appreciate consistent, honest, quality work and to be grateful to those who go above and beyond in their endeavors.

Though the committee acknowledges that all of our staff deserve recognition and praise, we will initially kick off the program by selecting an Employee of the Month who have a photo and short write-up presented in the hallway, will be recognized at the all-school assembly, and will receive a prime parking spot for the month.  A sign will be installed in the very near future.  Please respect this parking space, and leave it available to the Employee of the Month so they may enjoy their reward.

To fairly select the Employee of the Month, there will be a box in the main office labeled “Employees and Staff Caught In the Act.”  Nomination forms will be left next to the box.  Please fill out your nomination for an employee at any time.  The Employee of the Month Committee will review these nominations and select the honoree each month.  You do not need to enter the office to nominate an employee.  Please feel free to send in a note of nomination in your child’s backpack in a sealed envelope with your signature.  You can print off a nomination form in English or impiima un formato de nominacion en espanol or you can simply write a freehand note.  The nomination will be removed from the envelope and entered anonymously.  Employees and staff may nominate each other and themselves.  A nomination form is enclosed with this letter for your convenience.
